If you find the same cruise publicly available at a better value within 24 hours of booking, you may submit a Best Value Guarantee claim by completing the form below. For cruise bookings, if the lower base fare can be verified and your reservation can be changed without penalty, we’ll rebook your cruise and provide $100 USD in onboard credit. If changes aren’t possible without a fee, you’ll keep your original booking and still receive $100 USD in onboard credit.

What you'll need to submit

Hotel or Resort Bookings

Your hotel or resort booking must meet the following criteria to be eligible: 

  • Your reservation must be confirmed and final. 

  • The lower price must be for the same property and the same dates as your booking. 

  • The lower rate must be currently available and bookable. 

  • Your request must be submitted within 24 hours of making the booking and at least 7 days prior to check-in. 

  • Please include supporting information or documentation so we can verify the lower price.

For cruise Best Value Guarantee requests, please provide:

The Best Value Guarantee applies only to cruise rates available to the general public. Taxes and fees are excluded. 

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchases will not increase odds of winning. Open only to eligible U.S. members in good standing with RCI and who submit a vote for their favorite cruise destination at the [Cruise Destination Bracket Giveaway Entry Form] between 3/5/2026 and 4/1/2026 (the “Campaign Period”).
